RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items must be returned within 28 days from the date of receipt of the goods by sending an email notice to customer@brador.au.

Please note that without prior notice of exchange or return we may not be able to satisfy your request.

After 28 days, no exchange will be accepted and therefore no refund will be issued for the goods.

Important:

The return without size change is the responsibility of the customer.

Size change is free*.

*In case of error in the selection of the size or color by the customer, the size change will be at the expense of the customer.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

  • Please contact our customer service at customer@brador.au

In the email, it is essential to indicate the order number, which can be found in the previous order confirmation email received and the name under which the order was placed.

For returns without size change, the customer is required to ship the goods received independently using any courier (post office / Ups / Fedex / Bartolini etc.) to the following address:

PLEASE NOTE:

  • The customer is required to return all footwear and accessories together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way.
  • The goods will be refunded as soon as they return to the company and after being checked, the procedure can take up to 10 days.
  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method made for the order.

Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped back to us without prior authorization.

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE

For size change:

  • Please contact our customer service at customer@brador.au

In the email, it is essential to indicate the order number, which can be found in the previous confirmation email received, the name with which the order was placed, the size and the model with which you would like to exchange it.

  • Our customer service will send you the return label and the shipping instructions via email.

As soon as we receive it back, we will ship the exchange.

    BRADOR also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided.
    In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

    For all aspects not specifically expressed, the legislation for distance commerce is valid.
