By choosing the Paypal payment method the customer can pay directly via his Paypal account.
EUROTOP & BRADOR SRL (BRADOR) reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Customers who have received a promotional code to use on BRADOR.COM.AU via newsletter, through social networks or on approved promotional websites, can enter this code during checkout. Each code has a start and end date of validity and this time limit cannot be extended in any way.
SHIPPING METHODS
- New Zealand: whose shipping cost is 50 australian dollars.
DELIVERY TIME
AVAILABLE ITEMS:
Items already available are shipped in 3-4 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order date.
During sales or promotion periods, shipments may take longer.
BRADOR is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or causes of force majeure beyond the control of BRADOR.
When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from BRADOR.AU with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.
In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by BRADOR.AU.
DELIVERY OF THE ORDER
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before placing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment.
If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservations, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact BRADOR at customer@brador.au
If the package is damaged, or if part of the goods is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.
Any dispute regarding damage, missing items, or delivery to an incorrect address must be received by BRADOR.AU within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date appearing on the courier's website, otherwise it cannot be accepted .
All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with BRADOR.AU and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.) , or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund owed to the customer.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
BRADOR shipments can be insured against theft and accidental damage by paying a sum to be added to the order. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.
RETURNS
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items must be returned within 28 days from the date of receipt of the goods by sending a notice email to customer@brador.au .
We remind you that without prior communication of exchange or return we may not be able to satisfy your request .
After 28 days no exchange will be accepted and therefore no refund will be issued for the goods.
Important:
Returns without size changes are the customer's responsibility.
The size change is free.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box , which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.
- In the event that the customer receives defective goods , or that errors occur in shipments by BRADOR, he is required to follow the same instructions above. BRADOR reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.
- Returns authorized by BRADOR must be shipped from the same country where the original order was delivered.
- BRADOR reserves the right not to accept returns sent with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for BRADOR or requires collection from a branch of the courier itself.
- BRADOR reserves the right not to refund any customs fees due to the return of the goods.

BRADOR also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions established.
In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
For all aspects not specifically expressed, the legislation for distance trading applies.
